Pricing

• Low season (May 2 - Oct 30): $490 per night
• High season (Oct 31 - Dec 18): $890 per night
• Peak season (Dec 19 - Feb 6): $1090 per night
• High season (Feb 7 - May 1): $890 per night

Payment

To confirm booking, bank transfer of 25% of total rental, payment of the rest 30 days before rental. Security deposit payable 30 days before the rental period, returned within 2 weeks from end of villa rental, subject to terms and conditions
